TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 9th October 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the 30three Collective website and to services purchased from 30three Collective. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About 30three Collective

30three Collective provides business assessments, independent research, analysis, practical recommendations and optional business advisory services.

Our services are designed primarily for businesses seeking an independent perspective across areas including strategy, customers, competitors, business performance, operations, risk and optimisation.

2. Our Services

Depending on the service purchased, we may review information provided by you together with relevant publicly available information about your business, industry, customers, competitors or market.

Our assessments may include observations, findings, supporting evidence, identified opportunities, risks and practical recommendations.

The scope of each assessment is determined by the product purchased.

Our services are for businesses. When you place an order, you confirm that you are buying for a business and are authorised to act for it.

3. General Business Advice

Our services provide general business information, research and analysis.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, 30three Collective does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, regulated compliance, cybersecurity certification, engineering or other licensed or regulated professional advice.

Where a matter may call for that kind of advice, our reports say that you may wish to seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.

4. Information You Provide

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You acknowledge that the quality and accuracy of an assessment may be affected where information provided to us is incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.

Not knowing the answer to a question is acceptable. Where appropriate, a lack of available information may itself form part of our assessment.

5. Independent Research

Depending on the assessment purchased, 30three Collective may review publicly available information including websites, search results, online reviews, directories, social media, competitor websites, publicly displayed pricing, promotions and other relevant external information.

When you submit your questionnaire, you authorise us to review publicly available information about your business for the purpose of your assessment.

Public information can change and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of information controlled by third parties.

6. Assessment Delivery

Our target is to deliver your assessment report within 48 hours after we receive your completed questionnaire. The 48 hours is counted in elapsed hours, including weekends.

The 48 hours starts when we receive your completed questionnaire, not when payment is made. If we need further information from you, the 48 hours starts again once we receive it.

We deliver your report as a PDF attachment to an email sent to the email address you gave us.

More complex businesses, multiple locations, incomplete information, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may require additional time. Where a material delay occurs, we will endeavour to let you know.

7. Fees and Payment

Prices are displayed before purchase and are payable in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Displayed prices include GST.

Payment is required before assessment work or a paid Business Advisory session begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You may request cancellation of an assessment before work has commenced. Work on your assessment is treated as having commenced when we receive your completed questionnaire.

Because our assessments involve research and analysis specific to your business, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

Business Advisory sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to the conditions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Business Advisory Sessions

Business Advisory sessions provide an opportunity to discuss your business, assessment findings, recommendations, priorities and potential next steps. A standalone session runs for 60 minutes. Business 360° includes one 60-minute session.

Advisory discussions remain general business advisory services and do not become legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice merely because they are delivered in a one-on-one session.

10. Recommendations and Business Decisions

Our recommendations are based on the information reasonably available to us at the time of the assessment.

Business decisions involve uncertainty and individual circumstances vary.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation.

30three Collective does not guarantee increases in revenue, profit, customers, efficiency, business value or any other particular commercial outcome.

Your report is prepared for you and your business. Anyone else who receives a copy should not rely on it as if it had been prepared for them.

11. Intellectual Property

30three Collective retains ownership of its methodologies, assessment frameworks, templates, processes, branding and underlying materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

When you purchase an assessment, you may use the resulting report for your own internal business purposes and may share it with employees, business partners and professional advisers where reasonably required.

You must not reproduce, resell or commercially distribute our assessment methodology, templates or proprietary materials as your own product or service without permission.

12. Confidentiality

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information you provide to us.

Information may be disclosed to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our business or deliver your service, subject to appropriate privacy and confidentiality arrangements.

Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Technology and Third-Party Services

30three Collective may use technology and third-party service providers to support research, analysis, communications, payments, scheduling, document production, data storage and other business processes. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia and New Zealand.

Every report is reviewed and approved by 30three Collective before it is delivered to you.

While reasonable care is taken in selecting and using these services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

14. Customer Accounts

Where customer account functionality is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities occurring through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

15. Declining or Cancelling an Order

We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot reasonably deliver the assessment, for example because the information needed is not available, or the order was made in error. If we do, we will refund any amount you paid for the part of the service we did not deliver.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 30three Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from business decisions made using general information, research or recommendations provided through our services.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and 30three Collective submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The version applying to a purchase will generally be the version available at the time the purchase was made, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Contact

Questions regarding these Terms can be submitted through the Contact Us page on the 30three Collective website.
